Consume and capture content with intention

Consuming and capturing content is easy but without a purpose, learning is a hobby.

There needs to be an outcome and focus. You need something that helps you to better distil and express.

More time spent reading, watching, listening or note-taking does not equal more ideas. Slow down and be more selective about the content you consume and capture. Content consumption is panning for gold.

Tiago Forte said, “we should judge information as food for our mind”.

More food doesn’t make us healthy; the right food does.

The capture process does not and should not be perfect. Sometimes that little bit of friction makes you stop and think.
