Why I Joined Ship 30 for 30

I recently signed up for Dickie Bush & Nicolas Cole’s cohort-based course, Ship 30 for 30.

Here are my reasons why:

1. Reach with Resonance. By sharing more about the topics I’m interested in, I want to attract people who resonate.
2. Guide Consumption by Creation. The topics I write about for 30 days will steer the content I consume in that time. 
3. Improve Copywriting Skills. The skill is broad and lifelong. It makes me create better website copy, emails, proposals, books and courses.
4. Replace Doubt with Community. Ship 30 has helped over 6k students. I’m learning from people a step ahead of me. I’ll try to help those a step behind me. Hundreds of people can help and cheer each other forward.
5. Learning from People I Gravitate Towards. In school, I learned better from the teachers I liked. Dickie and Cole’s writing gave me glimpses into their personality. I resonate with their communication style, attitude, and processes.

Over the next 30 days, I plan on writing about Focus, Mindset, PKM and Building a Personal Brand.
